Payment, Shipping & Returns
- We accept in most cases COD (Cash on Delivery).
- We also accept Bank Transfer / Moneygram / Easy Pesa
- 0-1 kg: Rs: 100
- 1-2 kg: Rs: 150
- 2-3 kg: Rs: 200
- 3+ kg or order value over Rs: 5000: Free Shipping
- Advance Payment by Easy Pesa or bank: Free Shipping
- Orders placed by 04:00PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
- Orders received after 04:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
- Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
- Delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or sales events.
- On orders above the value of Rs. 5,000 we will need an advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then.
- You can return an item if you are not satisfied within 5 days after Delivery of your order. We cannot offer a refund or exchange after 5 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept returns for products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
- Note: Broken item can not be returned or refunded.
- To complete your return, please contact us via whatsapp/email/phone or online chat. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to us without informing us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or with Easy Paisa, within a 5-10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days of returning your item, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or whatsapp/call us.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, Please contact our online support via whatsapp/fb messenger or direct call to guide you properly. After getting confirmation from our side you should mail your product to: Lyikea, 1-K, PECHS Block 6, Bank Islami Street, near Dehli Sweet, Nursery, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs 5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
