Shipping policy
- Standard Shipping charges on order value between Rs100 to 2499 will be Rs: 199
- Free Shipping on all orders above Rs: 2500
- Orders placed by 04:00PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
- Orders received after 04:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
- Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
- Delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or sales events.
- On orders above the value of Rs.5,000 we will need an advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then.
